You will become an integral part of an organization dedicated to ensuring efficient public transport and infrastructure for hundreds of thousands of passengers every day. This role belongs to a group that handles project handovers to management, as well as coordinating and following up on work affecting traffic facilities and operations.

In the role of Administrator with a focus on finance, you will hold a central position responsible for both financial and administrative processes related to ongoing projects.

• Handle incoming cases via functional mailbox
• Register and create projects in the organization's system
• Assign projects to responsible coordinators and project managers
• Handle coding and approval of invoices
• Administer re-invoicing to external clients
• Follow up on customer invoices and handle reminders
• Investigate and identify reasons for non-payments
• Maintain ongoing contact with business economists, coordinators, and project managers
• Communicate with external customers regarding invoicing issues and payment follow-ups

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, self-initiating, and skilled at building good collaborations. You are accustomed to working structurally with financial processes and thrive in a role where you take ownership while collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Post-secondary education in economics/finance
• At least 6 years of experience working with supplier invoices and customer accounts receivable
• At least 6 years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite

• Experience from regional government, authorities, or other public sector organizations
• Experience with Agresso/Unit4
• Experience with project administration, diary management, and calendar handling

• Location: Central Stockholm
• Scope: Full-time (100%)
• Work format: The assignment offers a flexible hybrid solution with possibilities for both remote work and office work based on operational needs.
• Assignment period: August 3, 2026, to April 1, 2027, with possibilities for extension.
